Sunday 6th August 2023
10am to 4pm
A chance to watch as our wide range of craftsfolk and artists create beautiful things. Ask questions, chat and maybe have a go.
This is our day where we concentrate on showing folk what and how we do things. With a wide range of highly talented craftsfolk and artists to watch you are bound to find many that fascinate you.
Currently confirmed are willow work, wood turning, modern textiles, metal/tin work, wire trees (yes really!), traditional rope work, stained glass, pewter, crocheted rope baskets, artists and even the maker of the famous Bog Oak Violin. All are local, most live or work in the strangely creative magnet that is Hindolveston.
All will be delighted to answer your questions and in some cases let you have a go.
Many items will be on sale as well but the main aim is to have a lovely day showing visitors how we create things. Free entry.
Light refreshments, including delicious cake, available all day.
Free on-site parking.
Wheelchair access.
