Deepdale Backpackers & Camping returned to the original creators in early October 2016.† Jason and Alister Borthwick, with their new Operations Director Chris Haycock and Assistant Manager Laura Goodwin, are now looking for additional members of the team to help run the campsite, backpackers hostel, group hostel and visitor information centre.
Our vision is of a great place to stay, to visit and explore all that the North Norfolk Coast has to offer. Whether it be camping, touring in a camper van, grabbing a bunk in our backpackers hostel, or going up market in a private ensuite room, our aim is to offer high quality, eco-friendly, exceptional value accommodation, combined with friendly, welcoming and helpful service.
We are looking for a team who are passionate about customer service and creating a fantastic place to stay.† There will be the day to day running of the facilities, with many opportunities to develop additional projects within the business including festivals, activities, courses, regular events and bike hire.

We are looking for extra Tourism Assistants and Housekeepers, plus Night Assistants for the peak season.
We are looking for additional members to join our team, to run the facilities throughout the year and high season. Team members who can develop their skills and work to develop the business over the next few years.
Seasonal staff will be considered, so if you'd like to mix a Winter of travel or study with a Summer working on the North Norfolk Coast then we would still like to hear from you - Perfect for university or college students.
We believe in a professional, but relaxed, welcoming atmosphere at work.† Everyone in the team is responsible for customer service and for the product we supply.
We are looking for applicants who have experience in the tourism industry.† It would be useful for applicants to have specific backpacking and camping experience, but this isnít vital.† Customer service experience is essential.
All our staff are expected to get their hands dirty, both metaphorically and physically, getting involved with all aspects of running the accommodation and other activities.† Staffing is organised by rota.
Most of the team will have a catch all title, Tourism Assistant, covering a multitude of jobs including reception, housekeeping and running events & activities.
Night Assistants will cover similar jobs, but work late evenings to manage the noise policy after 10pm and deal with late arrivals.
We'll decide on pay and housing, depending on the experience and skills of the person we offer the job to.
