A sound bath is a meditative acoustic sound ‘concert’ that transforms you into a deep state of relaxation, activating your body’s own natural system of self-healing Gongs have been used as a healing instrument for thousands of years. The bath element refers to you being bathed in shimmering sounds and vibrations from the gongs as you lie on the ground in complete relaxation. The vibrations produced by the gongs lull you into a healing meditative state allowing the body and mind to restore and revitalise.. Please bring something comfy to lie on, a sun-lounger, camping mattress or big cushion are best, a pillow and blanket as you’ll be lying down for 50 minutes. We will be in the overflow car park at the back of Drove and arrive a little earlier to get settled. This event is weather permitting, please call the number below if in doubt re it going ahead.
