A sound bath is a meditative acoustic sound ‘concert' that transforms you into a deep state of relaxation, activating your body's own natural system of self-healing

Gongs have been used as a healing instrument for thousands of years. The bath element refers to you being bathed in shimmering sounds and vibrations from the gongs as you lie on the ground in complete relaxation. The vibrations produced by the gongs lull you into a healing meditative state allowing the body and mind to restore and revitalise. This event is wether dependent and may be cancelled if it is raining, please check social media or call if in doubt. Please bring something comfy to lie on, a sun-lounger, camping mattress or big cushion are best, a pillow and blanket as you'll be lying down for 50 minutes.
