The pine woods on the Holkham National Nature Reserve, between Wells and Burnham Overy, provide some of the county's finest habitat for diversity and numbers of fungi. Flanked by sand dunes and grazing marsh, the floors of these picturesque woods are covered, each autumn, in an amazing array of weird and wonderful fungi. From Brittlegills to Milkcaps, Chanterelles to Boletus, the world of fungi opens up a whole new perspective for your woodland walks. Enjoy discovering and identifying these fascinating organisms on this fantastic workshop led by our education team specialists. Tickets: £7.50 per adult. Booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
