Covid 19 Booking Promise

For your peace of mind and confidence this year, for all bookings made with us from 1st January in respect of stays during 2021 we are incorporating the following measures:


No deposit (for bookings ending prior to 17th May 2021)

We will ask for no deposit for confirmed bookings covering the period ending on 17th May.  Payments will be deferred until 10 days prior to your planned arrival date, when the full balance will become payable (subject to sufficient confidence in the lifting of restrictions and forthcoming government announcements).


20% Deposit only (for bookings extending past 17th May 2021)

We will only ask for a 20% deposit at the time of booking.


Balance payment no earlier than 30 days before holiday (for bookings extending past 17th May 2021)

A balance payment for the full amount will be due no earlier than 30 days before your stay with us, at which point we will undertake an assessment of our confidence we will be open in accordance with any continuing restrictions owing to Covid-19. We may adjust and defer the payment of your balance further, so we can be sure that your holiday is going ahead before you make payment.


Flexible Rebooking and Cancellation Policy

In the event of you having to cancel due to Coronavirus restrictions or for self-isolation, you will have the flexibility to move the booking to alternative available dates within 18 months of the start date of your holiday with no additional charges. If you choose a date where the same accommodation is only available at a higher price, the additional prevailing rate for the stay will be due. The flexible rebooking policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions. Flexible rebooking is not available for cancellations related to weather or other reasons.

If we are subject to closure or other Coronavirus restrictions and are unable to host your holiday, as an alternative to the option of rearranging your stay, you will have the option of a refund of your booking payments.



We recommend additional cancellation insurance to cover you in the event of cancellations for reasons other than Coronavirus restrictions.
