Saturday 7 September 2019
Talk starts at 7pm
Short talk on the objects we can see in the dark skies of the North Norfolk Coast followed by the chance to look through some of King’s Lynn & District Astronomy Society telescopes.
This event is part of the Norfolk Coast Dark Skies Festival, celebrating the dark skies of this beautiful part of the world. A variety of events and activities across the area will allow us to discover the sights and sounds of the AONB after dark and appreciate how the lack of light pollution adds to the feeling of tranquility that makes the coast so special.
King’s Lynn & District Astronomy Society are running this event, Deepdale Backpackers & Camping are hosting the events, and the Norfolk Coast Dark Skies Festival is coordinated by Norfolk Coast Partnership.
