Steve Burrows, From Birder to Birder Murder

Thursday 12 September 2019
7pm for supper, 7.45 for talk

As the North Norfolk Coast begins to move out of Covid-19 lockdown, and tourism businesses re-open, more planned events are taking place.  These are just listings, so please follow links and check with organisers of events before assuming events are running.

Steve Burrows is an award-winning Canadian mystery writer, journalist, and past recipient of a “Nature Writer of the Year” award from BBC Wildlife.

His presentation will take a light-hearted look at his journey from producing non-fiction pieces as a field editor for an environmental magazine to writing award-winning murder mystery novels. Steve will also look at how both birders and non-birders have influenced this journey, and how they continue to play a part in both his worldview and his novels. Booking is essential. tel 01263 740008
