Wildlife Soundscape

with Sparrows & Geese

Jump to this: 48:20

You can’t visit Deepdale during the Summer months and not notice the gang of Tree Sparrows enjoying the hedges, roofs and feeders on the campsite. Big thanks to Hans van den Berg for capturing ‘Feast at the feeders’ and ‘Swallows having a natter’ while he was staying with us.

And during the Winter you really can’t miss the thousands of geese that fill the skies morning and evening, a cacophony of noise, and a glorious natural world spectacle. This recording was right outside the farm office door.
