Deepdale Podcast – July 2020

Welcome to the July 2020 episode of the Deepdale Podcast. As the North Norfolk Coast begins to awaken from lockdown slumber, the whole team are back at work, so Georgie, Nathan & Jason are your hosts for this month’s chat.

Georgie and Jason kick off, with chat about how great it is to see the team back at work, re-opening the campsite, the return of the Wood Fired Food Co with their delicious pizzas, Dalegate Market shops, cafe & pop up shops re-opening, and the mental health impact of the strange situation that is Covid-19 (see bottom of page for list of resources).

Nathan and Jason continue their farm chat. The cover crops are growing superbly, doing exactly what they were put in place to do. They also chat about tweeting as @AgoftheWorld for the week, a collective twitter account with posts from farmers around the world.

Cover crops, left to right: mustard, radish, phacelia, pea, rye, vetch and clover
