COMPETITION - Name a character and stay in a Tipi!

Sunset over two of Deepdale's Tipis on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast
... Inside a tipi (top) and a yurt (bottom) ... A yurt on the new Woodview
field, overlooking the fields of Deepdale Farm
Just imagine turning up at Deepdale and knowing that
the most elegant and noble of homes is there waiting for you - Authentic
Sioux Native American style tipis
(also spelt teepees or tepees).
Enjoy sleeping under canvas, without having to struggle to
put up your own tent - You could describe it as posh camping, often called
glamping!

Relaxing on the decking outside one of the tipis
We have six Tipis on site. Four are positioned in the
Woodview Glamping area and the other two are amongst the main
campsite. Bookings with an adjacent pitch will most likely be in one
of these two, any other booking could potentially be in any of the Tipis
that we have on site. |

Faux mattresses and wood burner with heat logs |
A Tipi holiday is a holiday with a difference, you need to
get into the spirit of this type of holiday as you will be lighting your own
open fire, opening the flaps to the stars, and enjoying a night under canvas
in this authentic participatory experience. Staff are on hand to help you
out and get you going though if you need a helping hand. With an open fire -
Summer or Winter - a night in a tipi is a fantastic holiday experience. You
will need your own sleeping bags and pillows.

Deepdale Tipis, perfect for a family holiday on the North Norfolk Coast
| Tipi price includes: |
- Faux fur covered sleeping mat (to be
kept on site)
- Cast iron chiminea for heat including paper,
kindling and fuel for the fire ** (Remember that
although there is a fire, staying in a tipi is much like a tent, so
bring suitable clothing for the time of year)
|
- Fold-away chairs (to be
kept on site)
- BBQ outside (in case you want
to cater for yourselves)
- and for when it gets dark, a windup lantern
|
|
Sorry, but those staying in tipis do not have any access to
the kitchen or other facilities in either hostel onsite. We do have a
dog friendly tipi. |

Another picturesque evening on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast
- Deepdale Tipis |
We know it isn't always possible, but we recommend that you
arrive before sunset, as customers staying in Tipis need to be shown how the Tipi
works and this is not overly easy when it's dark.
If you are looking for a party site, then this isn't
the site for you. We have a strict noise policy in the late
evenings to keep the relaxed atmosphere for both our customers and the
adjacent houses.
We are an eco friendly campsite, for
